Diabetes Education Program

We are here to help!

The main goal for the program is not only to help patients better understand and manage their diabetes, but to also help decrease the risk of developing diabetes related complications.

Our team includes:

  • Nurses
  • Dietitians
  • Chiropodist
  • Foot Care Nurses

What do we offer?

  • Individual counselling on healthy eating, active living, blood glucose monitoring and preventing complications.
  • Group classes (for those newly diagnosed or looking for a refresher)
  • Cooking classes
  • Diabetes care during pregnancy
  • Prediabetes education
  • Foot care services

We accept both self-referrals and referrals from primary-care providers
for anyone ages 18 and up.
