We are pleased announce that Dr. Micayla Ahearn will be joining our team in December 2020

Ahearn, who grew up in Burlington, completed her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at McMaster University and finished medical school at the University of Ottawa. She also completed two years of Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Newfoundland.

“I had a lot of fun during my rotations in Bancroft at the Family Health Team,” stated Dr. Ahearn. “There was a great sense of community there, and I am really looking forward to starting my practice there.”

Dr. Ahearn is currently completing her first year of Family Medicine Residency at the University of Ottawa and will start her practice in Bancroft in the Spring of 2021.

Dr. Ahearn will be accepting patients from our current patient waiting list. If you are interested in applying to become a patient of our team, please fill out the patient application form available on our website or attend our office and fill out a form.
